Las Vegas, Nevada — Morgan and Ro never planned on having a traditional wedding and didn’t even believe in marriage until they fell in love with each other. They said, “Neither of us thought we’d ever get married until we met each other. We have two cats and a weenie dog, and love our little blended family!” So when they decided marriage was the next step, they chose to do it their way. They had a Sure Thing Chapel Vegas elopement that broke expectations.
Their celebration started the night before their elopement with a motorcycle ride out onto the dry lakebed, where they shared private vows under the open desert sky. The next day, they had their first look on a tucked-away balcony at their hotel, hidden from the noise of the city. From there, they headed to Sure Thing Chapel in downtown Vegas.
After their ceremony, they added the Wine Hearse experience, which was the perfect vibe for them and gave them a chance to relax before heading to their reception. They ended the day at Atomic Liquors, celebrating in a way that felt like them. “We wanted whatever we did to reflect who we are as a couple,” they shared. “Making time for just the two of us was really important.”
That idea shaped everything about their day. Instead of getting caught up in expectations, they focused on what actually mattered. “Eloping gives you the freedom to do what feels right and skip what doesn’t,” they said. “You get to focus on your partner. That’s how we knew this was right for us.” In the end, that’s exactly what their day was about.
