With their "I dos" hanging in the air, Garrett brought out the kayaks. The mountains, the lake, and the love that bound them created a masterpiece that Mother Nature herself would have applauded.
After their intimate ceremony in the San Juan Mountains, the two explored the area until they found a secluded space to serve as their next backdrop. Nestled next to a turquoise lake, they signed their marriage licenses, opened some brewskis, and enjoyed their cake on a cozy blanket.
As the sunset approached, it cast another warm glow over the land. It was the perfect chance for the to wander through the hills with lanterns in hand and their faithful fur babies close behind. For them, it's one of the most beautiful areas in Colorado! They spent their vacation exploring this area of Colorado often, so naturally, it ended up being the place they chose to elope.
