Shelby and Chris wanted their elopement day to be all about what they love most, each other and horseback riding. Back home in Georgia, they have horses and knew they had to include that passion in their Yellowstone horseback riding elopement.

A ceremony by the river

They found this amazing trail in Yellowstone that led them to a beautiful river spot, perfect for their intimate ceremony. They rode about 3 miles to get there, and when they arrived, Shelby changed into her dress right by the river. After changing into their formal clothes, they shared a heartfelt first look and then exchanged vows surrounded by nature. Riding back in their wedding attire was such a fun and unique experience!

Later on, they met up again for their sunset session. These two met at their gym, and both said they "just knew" from the first glance that they wanted to be together. They love being outdoors and, in the mountains, so their day was tailored just for them.
