Bride and groom riding horseback to start their two day elopement adventure | Southern Utah Horseback Adventure Elopement | JoAnn's Photography | Zion Brides Feature

This two-day Southern Utah horseback adventure elopement perfectly captured the variety of the area’s otherworldly desert landscape. Emily & Ryan started their elopement experience with a sunrise horseback ride outside Zion National Park surrounded by high desert scenery and a beautiful red rock backdrop.

After their sunrise experience, they went off-roading out to Alstrom Point, which is a beautiful scenic overlook just outside of Page, Arizona that offers incredible views of Lake Powell. They each got ready and had a beautiful experience exchanging personal hand-written vows with one another as the sun started to set and the rock began to glow a fiery orange. They took some “just-married” bride and groom portraits and then enjoyed a beautiful desert moonrise.

Since Emily & Ryan share a love of camping, they incorporated that into their elopement experience and spent the evening under the stars roasting marshmallows & making s’mores together around a campfire.

On day two of their adventure elopement, they booked an off-roading tour out to a spot near the Vermilion Cliffs in Arizona called White Pocket. They wrapped up the evening by exploring the incredible rock formations and soaking in the sunset together as newlyweds.
