During these Southern Utah western inspiration sessions, Annie and Roy from Hearts and Horizons captured love, adventure, and the stunning beauty of Utah across three breathtaking locations around Zion National Park. The engagement session featured a vintage car amidst the desert landscape, framed by majestic Joshua trees at golden hour. This shoot felt like pure magic, blending playful elements with a style that was uniquely Ashlyn and Joe.
Their wedding formal session channeled the spirit of classic Western films. Annie and Roy envisioned a striking blend of elegance and rugged charm, with Ashlyn and Joe dressed to the nines while still rocking cowboy boots and hats. Finding the perfect dress for Ashlyn to ride horseback was a challenge, but a wrap dress with slits ended up being the perfect choice! The location added so much character, with red sands, tall brush, and the sunset casting a rosy glow over the buttes—creating an atmosphere that won’t be forgotten.
The grand finale was a styled ceremony that brought everything together. Everyone dressed to impress in suits and pastel shades, while Ashlyn’s fitted lace wedding dress made her shine against the rugged cliffs. This spot is perfect for intimate weddings, offering the iconic views of Zion National Park without being within park limits. This meant we could set up chairs on a smooth surface for a select group of friends and family to join the celebration. With no natural shade, the golden hour timing was key, lighting up the cliffs in a breathtaking glow.
A wedding can be whatever you make it, so let's make it fun!
