Jaice and Garett chose to have a quiet and intimate Ely wedding with horses. It all started with a ceremony at the White Pine County courthouse on a cloudy August afternoon, with a few close family members and friends as witnesses.
At first, the two of them just wanted some simple photos to commemorate their special day. After realizing that rodeo and horses are a big part of their life, they realized they could incorporate what they loved. On their consultation call, Mattie Rose Jensen, their photographer, asked if they would be interested in taking some photos with their horses. They immediately said yes!
They had their ceremony at the courthouse. In the parking lot of the courthouse their horses were already loaded up in the trailer ready to go. After their ceremony, they headed to a spot that Jaice had picked for photos, that was not too far from their home.
Around Ely, it’s not hard to find a quiet place in front of some beautiful mountain and valley backdrops. The rest of the afternoon was spent celebrating their wedding day, creating memories, and capturing their love.
